Markgräfler Runners Club e.V. Black Forest based running team

Unhappy with old and given structures, missing progeny in our local Running Teams and always the same group runs, the Markgräfler Runners Club evolved from just a small idea to now a registered society.

Many highly motivated and running addicted people are spread over the region of Southern Baden and bound to more or less activ Teams or are running alone and on their own since they dread joining on of those old-fashioned and unflexible local teams, but are looking for a more supportive group of like-minded people around them to reach their goals or just have a lot of fun.

This is wasted potential!

The Markgräfler Runners Club is  a Running Team with whom you identify with joy and proudly. We want to provide structures in which you feel comfortable running. It does not matter if you race hard, train hard or just want to enjoy the community during our events and group runs - no matter your individual running form, your preferred distance or surface.

Street, Trail, Track – from your easy 5k to a 50k – or even longer – we unify all of this.

We  do not want any form of „performance pressure“, even though we set up our individual goal of becoming a punchy and fast Team competing not only in our area, but everywhere we want. 

We as a Team are looking forward to our first season 2021 and many, many kilometers together, great people, fast races and a lot of rock ´n´ roll!
